SEAN TYNAN
Mr. Sean P. Tynan is the Product Manager for the Endurance Uncrewed Aircraft Systems, Program Executive Office - Aviation, United States Army, Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. In this capacity he is responsible for providing project management, integration, and synchronization of the ACAT IC MQ-1C Gray Eagle program and various Non-Programs of record.
Mr. Tynan graduated from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant (Space and Missiles) in the United States Air Force through the Reserve Officers Training Corps. He earned a Master of Science degree in Management from Minot State University in 2010 and a Master of Military Operational Art and Science from Air University in 2017 (in-residence), and is a graduate of the Program Manager’s course.
Mr. Tynan has served in a variety of operational, command, and staff positions. As a company grade officer, he managed and maintained nuclear operations for national objectives in support of US Strategic Command. Upon his separation from the Air Force in 2010, Mr. Tynan entered Federal Service as an intelligence analyst with the Defense Intelligence Agency located at US Central Command. In 2012, he joined the Acquisition Corps serving as the Deputy Program Manager for Precision Strike Package Systems at USSOCOM. In addition, he served as the System Acquisition Manager for SOF MQ-1C/MQ-9 programs, Program Manager for Small Unmanned Aerial Systems, and Assistant Program Manager for Special Communications. Furthermore, in 2018 he joined the Missile Defense Agency where Mr. Tynan served as a Product Manager for a Medium Range Ballistic Missile Target, and an Assistant Program Manager for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense, Foreign Military Sale to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Mr. Tynan is married to the former Rachel Massey of Conway, South Carolina. They have two children (Sloane and Brock) and reside in Owens Cross Roads, AL.
